Need for Speed: Underground 2 is the 8th game in the Need for Speed series and was released in 2004. It is a sequel to Need for Speed: Underground and is the first Need for Speed title to include free roam. The game is based in a fictional city known as Bayview. Is there any mod or any way i can sort of merge the EU and NA versions of the game? Since i don't have all the cars if i play 1 or the other.

To add on to what said, always make sure your drivetrain wheels settings are softer than your non-drivetrain wheels settings. As in, if you drove a RWD car, your rear suspension should be softer. By how much is up to how you prefer your cars to handle (more sliding, maybe better balance, etc). I drove a front-wheel drive car in my latest playthrough, so I had the rear sway bar tighter than the front sway bar. I usually incremented the stiffness in regard to the order of Sway Bars, shocks, and springs.
I finished the game with the RSX, which for an FWD car, handles phenomenally. It's performance is only amplified with proper tuning. For Example: on normal circuits, I'd have the rear sway bars as tight as possible (9.82), and the front sway bars a decent amount more loose (5.70). I prefer my car to slide when I need it too, but not too much so that I can't control it. The idea here is to find a happy medium between oversteer and understeer; if your car's body rolls too much, then you're going to understeer like hell. If the body is too stiff and never rolls, you can end up oversteering a lot more.
Find a balance that you like, and you can minimize the chances of either one happening. It's my opinion that sway bars have the largest impact on your car's handling, for this game, and should be the first thing to be tuned. When it comes to springs and shocks, follow the aforementioned drivetrain wheels rule.
I can't recall exactly what the difference between the two component's purpose is, so I may update this later. The front and rear lowering affects how your weight distribution rolls around your car. Hitting the gas makes the weight distribution fly to the back, and braking makes it fly to the front. You can mitigate or exaggerate how the weight transfers to the front or rear of your car by offsetting the values (to allow you to turn more, turn less, etc), but you're often better off lowering both equally. Everything else, when it comes to transmission, aero, ECU, turbo is easier to tune, since the Dyno run option tells you what your optimal RPM for maximum torque/HP is. Suspension: Lower the car, have the front suspension softer than the rear, but both quite stiff and maximum steering lock.
Transmission: I generally go for top speed for most things, acceleration for Street X and drift. Aerodynamics: Full downforce. ECU and Turbo: Full bars at the end, and have the first bars gradually build up to it. Nitrous should be fine on its default setting. Also, what car are you using? I have no trouble with an MX5 in URL/circuit/sprints, but it does struggle for drag racing.
NFS Underground has the best gameplay among street racing games and to this day. I created mod called m2011 in 2010-2011 years. Purpose of this mod: improve technical quality of game with saving best details of original gameplay. So it has two main features: - All the new HQ cars are similar to the original class and have a complete tuning of the real manufacturers with additional capabilities. Environmental graphics improved by adding new effects and adjusting the lighting and replacing the original textures to new with high-resolution. Mod had been downloaded by thousands gamers around the world. Mostly it had positive reviews.
But it also has many weaknesses. So i decided to fix it and continue work on given tasks. I started work in 2016 and called my new version of mod: mSE. Want to support me? List of changes: HQ cars: 1. Toyota Corolla GT-S AE86 2. Honda Civic SI 3.
